These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MindEngage Author platform, services, and tools (collectively, the "Service"), provided by MindEngage, Inc. (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. *** ### 1. Use of the Service #### a. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian permission. #### b. Account Registration You must create an account to access key features. You agree to: * Provide accurate, complete information * Keep your login credentials secure * Notify us immediately of unauthorized use *** ### 2. Generated Content Content generated through the Service (outlines, lessons, quizzes, visuals, etc.) may be used for personal, educational, or internal business purposes. Credits and Billing Some features may require usage credits: * Credits may be allocated through free tiers or purchased * Unused credits may expire after a defined period * Refunds are not issued for unused or expired credits For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. *** ### 5. Availability and Modifications We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss. *** ### 6.
